Make A Referral

After we have received your completed Pre-Entry forms, we will review these and be in touch.

We will also request reports you have allowed us access to on your consent form.

We will then arrange a phone call or visit with you if you are in Otago Corrections Facility as a starting point.

From there this may progress to an assessment which can be completed by phone or face-to-face if you are in the Dunedin area.

We’re here to help. If you’re interested in our programmes or know someone who could use our support, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information or to make a referral.

If you or someone you know requires ongoing support, our Aftercare service is here to help. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for more information.
